Delivery:
At EMFtight, your satisfaction is our first priority. Please allow 45 business days for delivery (free shipping), and 5 business days for processing, so we can continue to bring you the best product value possible.
Order Cancellation:
All orders can be canceled until the packaging and shipping process has begun. If you have paid for your order, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately at support@EMFtight.com or through our Contact form. Please be advised, once the packaging and shipping process has begun, your order can no longer be canceled unfortunately.
Return Eligibility:
DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before initiating a return, please read the rest of our Delivery & Return Policy below carefully, to make sure the item you are considering returning, is in fact eligible for return. Please do not send your purchase back to us, unless we authorize you to do so. Items returned to us that are not eligible for return will be discarded, or sent back to you at your own expense. So we can continue to offer you the best product value possible, please be considerate when placing your order by confirming you have selected the correct size, color, etc., in order to avoid returns.
For an item to be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. The item must be unused, and in the same condition from which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging with the seal unbroken, for a return to be approved.
You can request a refund for the following:
- The order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time of 45 business days, not including 5 business days for processing. The item must still be in the original package, and in brand-new, unused condition, with the seal unbroken.
- The item received is incorrect. If so, simply return the item following the Return Process below, and we will issue a refund so you can order the correct item. The item you want to return must still be in the original package, and in brand-new, unused condition, with the seal unbroken.
- The item is damaged or defective. In order to be approved for a refund, please make sure you include a clear picture of the item in the email you send to support@EMFtight.com for approval.
We do NOT issue a refund for the following:
- If there are alterations of any kind to the item.
- The order does not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- The order does not arrive due to circumstances outside our control (including, but not limited to, delays resulting from issues with weather, natural disasters, customs, etc.).
- Earrings and body jewelry, due to sanitary reasons.
- Handmade products, due to the custom nature of some of these items.
- Hats and hair accessories, due to sanitary reasons.
- We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see below for more details about the return process).
Return Process:
DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, you must first notify us at support@EMFtight.com, within 3 calendar days from the date your order was delivered, so that we can confirm the item is eligible for return.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Full Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Copy of Your Receipt
- Reason for Return
- Photo of The Product
- If your item is approved for return, mail the item to our address below so that it arrives within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. The item must still be in the original package, and in brand-new, unused condition, with the seal unbroken. Please include a copy of your receipt, as well as the rest of the information you provided in step 1 above.

Other Delivery & Return Policy Terms & Conditions:
- We do not provide a return label, or pay for shipping on returns.
- For any product valued over $10, you might consider using a trackable shipping service, as well as purchasing shipping insurance.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our address listed above, and will be credited to your original payment method.
